Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pongo was left tied to a post at the highschool. Pongo appears to be Dalmation. Pongo is a young dog about 6 months old and his spots are starting to show through. He is happy go lucky. Doesn't really jump or bark in the kennel. He loves to be pet and play fetch. Seems to get along with other dogs. Adoption Hours are Wednesdays 3-6pm and Saturdays 10-12pm or call Officer Russo at 860-223-5021. Pongo is located at New Britain Animal Control 642 Christian Lane Berlin CT 06037
