My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Starlight and I'll be 8 months old on February 15th! I am a shy pup, but my foster parents are taking me to a group obedience class to help build my confidence and teach me some basic training. So far I am much better at 'sit' and I am working on 'come'. I have beautiful green eyes that pop against my white/gray fur. Even though I'm shy at first, once I warm up I love to cuddle and play. I do this funny thing that my foster parents call "smiling". Sometimes when I'm excited I curl my lips up so I can show off my pretty teeth, it's not aggressive though! When my foster parents ask me "are ya smiling?" I smile even harder! I get along ok with other dogs as long as I'm introduced properly. I've met children before also, but since I'm so shy I would be happiest with older kids that know how to approach me or in a home with adults only. I'm not spayed yet, but my foster parents are planning on getting me an appointment soon. I've had my first two rounds of shots, but still need the last rounds and a rabies shot.
