Meet Toby!

Toby is a 2 year old Corgi mix. Toby was brought to ADPR from Bethel where he was wondering the cold streets. He loves to be around people and loves to be in someones lap! Toby does well with children and cats. He is a little selective of other dogs, but he seems to like the large females and can be a bit bossy of dogs his size.
