UPDATED BIO 01/25/2012: Maya has been groomed and hd a much-needed dental -she is ready to go to her forever home! Maya was initially thought to be 3 y/o, but after seeing the vet, she feels she is closer to 6-1/2 years old. Due to chronic and untreated ear infections probably all of her life, Maya does have some hearing loss; however, she can hear the other dogs barking and can hear Foster Mom when she calls her name! She is a very, very sweet little girlie who deserves a loving forever home where she will be treated like the Princess she is. Could that be your home?

INITIAL BIO 1/14/2012: Maya is a darling little girl who hasn't had a
wonderful life but whose luck is about to change. Maya lived in a home
which was overcrowded with animals. She is now happy to get the
attention she so deserves. Maya is about 12 lbs (but needs to lose at
least a pound or so to be at a better weight). She is 3-4 years old
and 100% housetrained. She is smart as a whip, walks perfectly on a
leash, and LOVES her person. She only wants to please.
Maya is UTD on her shots and is ready to be adopted. Won't you
