My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy is being fostered in Bethel Springs, TN. He is an 8 yr old Black & Silver male. His long time owner had to go into a nursing home and Buddy was apparently left outdoors and not given his heart worm preventative and contracted heart worms. He has been treated over the past 6 months and is heart worm free now. He is a sweet, loving boy. He would do best in a home without children under the age of 10. He gets along well with other dogs. Does not bother cats. He goes to the door when he wants to go outside. He loves to lay down in his crate during the day so the door stays open. He goes in the crate to sleep at night. Occasionally he will sleep in the bed with us. He does not bark unless he wants to eat, got potty, or sees a stranger at the door. He stops barking immediately when told to do so. He is leash trained. He loves to take long walks. He will be a perfect companion for someone who is home a lot. He loves to have someone with him but does fine in his crate if you need to leave the house for a while.

We are only asking a $100 fee for him to an approved home. He has been neutered since he was 6 mos old. He had been on heart worm preventative all of his life until the past year when his mommy had to be hospitalized.

There is a transport fee of $125.00 up to the Northeast.
