Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! My name is Georgia. I am a female pit bull who is approximately 2-3 years old. I was dumped at a heart sticking shelter with my puppies a few days before Christmas. I was emaciated, and we were all due to be euthanized. Thankfully, the nice people at LCPO pulled all of us just in time. I was put into a foster home in Pennsylvania to nurse my puppies and help them grow. Soon after the move, it was found that I had heartworm disease. I went through the long and painful process of treatment, and eventually watched all of my puppies find loving homes. However, I am still searching for my forever family! I am a very kind and loving girl. My favorite thing is to give kisses! I like cats and do well with dogs, even ones that are much smaller than me. I also am very happy to be around children. I am 100% house broken, crate-trained, walk well on a leash, and have good manners around my food. I sit well, and I am working on the rest of my basic obedience skills. I enjoy playing outside, but I am much happier to just lay inside with my favorite people… on the couch if you let me! I promise that I am a very sweet girl, and would make a wonderful addition to your family. "From the Foster": My foster family says that I am the quietest, easiest dog that they have met! Sometimes before bed I get the zoomies, running back & forth with my toys, but I only do this to make them laugh. In just a few minutes, I'm zonked out beside them again! It makes me sad to have been bounced around between so many homes, and I would really like to find the people that will make me a permanent part of their family. You won’t regret it!If you would like more info on adding Georgia to your family email nepabullies@gmail.com
