My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gordon is a very happy 9-month old lab/hound puppy.  He has that loveable temperament of both of his breed mixes. 

Gordon was rescued in a rural part of Arkansas as a small puppy.  He has thrived in foster care and is crate-trained, leash-trained and house-trained.

Gordon may have some Australian Shepherd in his mix, as his tail is very short!  Not bobbed, but definitely short.  He is mature enough that he could be a family dog with a family with small children.

If you think you might be the right family for Gordon, contact warmhearts@earthlink.net for an application.  This is the first step in the adoption process.  Gordon's adoption fee is $150.00. 

Warm Hearts' animals are not adopted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Applications are reviewed, vet references are checked and interviews are conducted to help ensure that the animal is the right fit for the new family.
