Champagne is an 8 month old sweetheart of a girl that was living in a shelter since she was 8 weeks old. Champagne was living with her sister Ruby after they were seized from their "owner". The sisters were seized from their "owner" after being left in the hot summer sun in a crate with the rest of their litter. Ruby and Champagne are the only survivors from the litter, the rest had died. Ruby and Champagne have finally been released after their court case and needed to quickly find a place to go to get out of the shelter. Ruby and Champagne will be learning what life is like in a home and how to just be a dog in their foster homes. Ruby and Champagne are both very sweet, they are not a bonded pair and do not need to be adopted together. We could not see saving one and not the other and are lucky enough to have 2 willing foster families to take each sister. Champagne is the smaller of the 2 sisters, she is shorter than Ruby. We have nicknamed Champagne, ham because she is a tiny little ham of a girl! She has a little bulldog body with a pittie head. Champagne is short and stalky and can make anyone giggle over her cuteness. She likes to climb up on her sister almost as if to see what is going on since she is shorter.
