Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please note: This kitty is a courtesy posting for an Independent Rescuer in our area. If you are interested in this cutie we encourage you to contact Marla directly at 517-548-1780. Or feel free to send her an e-mail at msswartz@chartermi.net We ask you to note that our adoption process will also involve a vet check if the interested family has had previous pets.
Please also be aware that all of our cats and kittens will only be adopted out to homes which do not plan on having them de-clawed. If this is something you feel is important, however, we do have quite a few cats that have come into the rescue already de-clawed by their former owners. These guys and gals are of all ages, cuddly and very affectionate. We would overjoyed to put you in contact with them if you are at all interested.
Meet Thalia!
This beautiful little girl has been in rescue (along with her brother, Riffi and Mom- Cookie) ever since her birth about 11 months ago. Sadly, she has had to watch most of her brothers and sisters find homes while she waits patiently in the wings for a family of her own to come along. We are hopeful that this will happen very soon for her!
Much like her goofy brother, Thalia is a delight and a joy! Personable and friendly she loves people (even though she may be a bit shy on first meeting) and loves to be involved in whatever you are doing. Outgoing, curious and friendly, she's always ready to keep you company whether your day involves crazy activity or just a laid back afternoon hanging around. She enjoys hanging around with the other foster kitties in her foster home and doesn't mind the two resident dogs or crazy kids who live there also. (Actually, she seems to quite enjoy the kids in particular.)
We honestly don't know why this baby is still here since she has so much to offer to any family who would like to bring her home. She loves to greet visitors so we really encourage you to give Marla a call and arrange to come out and visit this cutie. After all, she may be just what you're looking for!
