My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snowball is a DSH white, spayed female, DOB 7/11/11.

Snowball has a great personality and disposition. She is loving and enjoys playing with the many toys & cat posts that are in her foster room. She gets along with kids, cats & dogs. Snowball is all white with the exception of a small gray spot on her forehead.

She was found at a gun club in Howell with an injured leg. No one knew what was wrong with her but wanted her to get help. They contacted Always Hope and we took her under our wing. The first and second diagnosis wasn't good. Her leg was completely snapped in half and not healing well at all. We did three X-rays in the span of three months and were given GREAT news on the last one. Her leg had fused together and would not have to be amputated.

Through this whole process someone forgot to tell Snowball that her leg was broken. She climbed up cat trees, chicken wire walls and ran around just like the other cats & kittens. She loves being with her human & feline friends but does well alone.

Current adoption fee for all cats over a year $55; 5 months to a year, $75; 4 months and under, $110. All of our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, have been FIV/FeLV tested negative and are up-to-date on shots according to age.

Current adoption fee for dogs under a year is $225; over a year is $175; senior dog pricing is determined by age & breed. All dogs & puppies are spayed or neutered, heart worm tested negative (if old enough) and up-to-date on shots according to age.

Every pet is micro-chipped.
