Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Have you heard about the new “designer” dogs called Labradoodles??? Well, that’s what JACKSON, BENTLEY and MARTINA are!
Originating in Australia initially, Labradoodles are now being bred in this country. Labradoodles are a cross between a Male Poodle and a Female Lab. (F1 = first generation.) They can be any number of different colors, with black the most common. These guys however, are a unique Parti color! Parti color means white with black and tan. This color is very unusual in F1 Doods.
Labradoodles are generally non-shedding and hypo-allergenic, hence their popularity!Sadly, too many breeders started breeding this unique mix and now they are ending up in shelters!
JACKSON, BENTLEY, and MARTINA however came from a breeding kennel that was shutting down due to the health of the owner. They have lived in this kennel all their short lives, so they are now learning what FREEDOM is! They get along well with the other dogs here. But they still will need love and patience in getting them socialized and not so skittish. It is a wonderful thing to take a scared but wonderful dog and see it bloom! These dogs will need to be on a leash or else in a fenced in yard if outside. They are still learning how to walk on a leash. They had never worn collars or leashes at the kennel! So that is all new to them! They are so much alike that they are described here together, but they do not, and really should not, go to the same homes.JACKSON, BENTLEY, and MARTINA deserve the very best home, a loving and patient environment, where they can know what it feels like to be Man/Woman’s Best Friend! Ø Will YOU be that home?
