Ron Weasley - named after the character from Harry Potter - is a *very* playful, *super* cuddly orange tabby kitty in need of a new Forever Home! Ron was born in the summer of 2010, to an outdoor mommy. A nice man saved his life when he caught a mean guy trying to throw Ron and his siblings in a dumpster!! Thankfully, Ron and his brothers were rescued and grew up to be happy, healthy guys! Ron's brothers were adopted to the same home, but Ron went to another home on his own. Unfortunately, his home didn't end up working out - his mommy's lifestyle changed and she was no longer able to give him the love and attention he needs. So, Ron is now looking for a new home!
At only 1 1/2 years old, Ron is still quite young and very playful. He loves to chase feather toys!!! He is also a total lap cat - seriously, he has not met a lap he doesn't love!! Ron is super cuddly and affectionate - he loves to be around people! He is okay with other cats, but does better when he is around confident cats. Ron is indifferent toward dogs - he is around dogs in his foster home, and had a small dog at his old home, and he doesn't seem to care about them. :-)
Ron is healthy, although he did gain some extra weight in his old home, so he is on a diet. However, he's already lost weight and is doing well on the diet! He's still playful and loving, just a little extra squishy/cuddly. :-) Even after the weight loss, Ron will still be a big kitty. He is up to date on his shots and has been neutered. Ron is available to INDOOR ONLY, CLAWS INTACT homes in the Los Angeles/SoCal area. Application, home check, and adoption fee required.
