PLS NOTE CONTACT INFO!!! Thelma and Louise……they may be criminals on the big screen but these two little girls are anything but criminals. They are partners in love, not in crime. The only thing criminal in their lives was the treatment they received from their former owners. We believe Thelma and Louise to be related as they were turned into the shelter together and find comfort in the company of one another. We believe Thelma (approx 8 years old) may be Louise’s (approx.5 years old) mother. Louise is normally the one to do the leading and Thelma will follow Louise’s lead as soon as Louise gives her the go ahead. These two were huddled tightly in their run at the shelter and they continue to huddle together now. For the first month in their foster home they rarely came out of their huddle but they are becoming more and secure with every day and they now venture out to visit with the other dogs at the fosters home. No small children only because these two are so small and sometimes young children don't understand how fragile these little ones can be. These girls were very underweight when they first got out of the shelter but with good nutrition and exercising around the backyard, they have gained weight and are healthy as can be. Both have been spayed, had dentals, vaccines and microchips. These two girls need to go together because we would never separate two girls who have bonded so tightly and who love each other so much. They have much more love to share with their new family so if you think these two are as precious as we do, let us know!! They are looking for you!!! Adoption fee is $300 for the two of them.
