Joe is a very sweet 1-2 year old guy that was living in a very neglectful situation. Joe was suffering from a horrible case of mange (not contagious) when he came into our rescue, Joe is coming along nicely in his recovery. Joe is absolutely adorable and he loves to play! Joe loves everyone he meets, loves to give kisses and he does well with dogs, cats and children! Joe is deaf but that does not slow him down, he is a happy go lucky guy.
