My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Hank. I am a young brindle, 75 pound Pit Bull and English Lab mix. Besides being gorgeously handsome I am very much a lady’s man. I romp around with another Pit Bull at my foster mom’s house (who just happens to be a very attractive female) and wrestle with a four month old pittie puppy. They are my best friends and I am definitely looking for a new home with some playmates. My foster mom is a trainer so she has worked diligently on my manors. I am potty and crate trained. I do well around people, dogs, and cats. Strangers still scare me a bit and I am a little timid around males, so my new family needs to be patient with me and understand that I need consistent training in order to flourish.

I’ve had a rough life, being beaten and dumped off at a gas station. A very nice lady stayed with me for hours, coaxing me into her car and allowing me to sleep in her barn stall. Obviously that wasn’t a permanent situation so Charlie’s Guardian Angels took me to the vet and brought me to my fantastic foster mom’s house. Now it is time that I find my forever home.

I am a huge ham and really want someone to be my buddy! I will make a terrific companion if only I can find a family that will give me as much love as I know I will give them.
