Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet Naomi (pictured left) is a petite, shy little girl who is a bit independent but likes to play with her toys. She is looking for a patient family that will allow her to blossom – at her pace. She's very aware of the world around her but isn't a barker and doesn't pay much attention to the cat in her foster home.
She is a Schnauzer/Border Collie mix and she exhibits the Border Collie insticts by being a 'herder'. She weighs approximately 20 pounds.
Sister Gilda (pictured right) is a bit more outgoing but still on the shy side until she's had time to get to know the people around her. Gilda has been described by her foster mom as a bit of a 'couch potato'. She likes to be in-touch with the humans in her pack and will lay her head into your hand for the real hands-on touching.
Gilda likes her toys and having chewy (dog) treats - but is not a chewer of other things (like shoes, etc). She is generally quiet - unless she sees herself in a mirror. Then it's 'game on' barking. She will growl/bark at the cat but is not aggressive with her.
Gilda is also a Schnauzer mix and weighs approximately 25 pounds.
Naomi and Gilda don't necessarily need to be adopted together but Gilda shows more of a need to be part of a pack. So, if not adopted with Naomi, she will do best adopted into a home with other dogs.
They are both crate trained (while foster mom is at work and at bedtime) and potty-trained. They are both learning new manners like 'sit' and 'come'.
They have not been observed around children but, because of their shyness, will do best in a home with no small children (under 15 years).
