My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sir Walter Raleigh is a great little dog! It's not his fault that he was given as an inappropriate Christmas gift. He is almost completely housetrained, walks well on a leash, and sleeps in his crate at night and for naps. Raleigh's photos don't do him justice - he is the most gorgeous golden/chocolate/black color I've ever seen. His coat looks and feels like mink. Before adoption he will completely vet-check and treated for anyhting necessary, neutered, and micro-chipped. He is living in the house and being evaluated for health and temperament now. This dog deserves a very special home and will be here until just the right placement is found.

Raleigh's adoption donation is $575, 100% of which is used to offset our exepenses for excellent vet care, premium dog food, and the many other expenses associated with the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs with special needs.
