Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Abbey has tons of photos here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.293830423969656.79070.176118179074215&type=3

This is the lovely, luminous Abbey. She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Photos simply do not do her justice. Abbey weighs about 50 pounds and is just over a year old.
Abbey is a bubbly, enthusiastic girl, who loves with her whole heart and wants nothing more than to be close to her people. She will give you nothing less than 100 percent of her devotion, loyalty, and attention. Abbey loves to give energetic kisses and to snuggle. She does, however, understand when it is time to hang out on her own.
Although young and bouncy, Abbey is quick to mellow down when out of her crate (or when in it...she settles right down without a peep). She is not very barky, but her bark is formidable. Abbey is fully potty trained and is learning basic obedience. She knows how to come when called, to "sit," to lie "down," to "touch" (a focus exercise), and to look when her name is said. I've also started her on some casual agility training because she enjoys jumping and is very nimble and quick. Abbey is smart and very trainable.
Abbey is the most fun dog I've had in my foster care ever. Seriously! She loves to play and wrestle with her humans as well as with properly-matched canine companions. She really is a fun, fun dog. For a person looking for a "buddy," Abbey would be just perfect.
Because Abbey so adores hanging out with people, we'd like to place her as an only dog. Although she does play well with most other dogs, I highly suspect she doesn't really want to share her home full time. So if you are looking for one pup to be the apple of your eye, consider this gorgeous gal.
Please contact us to meet Abbey! She is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, and will be microchipped before adoption. Abbey's adoption fee is $150.
