My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Flower was being surrendered by her owner the day before Christmas Eve. I stopped the owner in the parking lot of the shelter to save the dog from spending Christmas in a scary noisy shelter. I named her FLOWER, had her spayed, all shots including rabies and she is just adorable. The owner claimed she did not like men. We tested her with men at Christmas and she did fine with everyone - a little unsure of children, but not a man-hater as owner claimed. At just a year old (per the vet) she must not have had an easy life. Flower is very snuggly and rides well in the car. She walks well on a leash and is crate and potty trained. She has an adorable underbite which makes me think she is a little bit PUG. Very pretty tan and white markings, Seems to get along with other dogs and my cat as well. I have not tested her with children yet. Flower ( 9 pounds) will now be in my home as a foster till the perfect owner can be found for her.
