My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Archie was rescued fron the streets by one of our foster volunteers . His foster mom says" Archie (Maltese/Poodle mix): 12-14 weeks old, 5 lbs, babyish, gentle, loving, quiet but will whine if not around you, very sweet and soft, playful but doesn’t like crazy rough-housing, starting to show good training ability, needy – wants to be around the human constantly, affectionate and very cuddly, cute as a button, great around dogs, cats, and kids (as long as they’re gentle). Would be a good companion to an older single or couple, or with a family that has gentle animals or no animals, and a quieter household. He cowers still and has definitely seen some abuse. The household MUST be a gentle one. He is shaved down right now; his natural coat is slightly wavier than a Maltese, very soft, golden and manageable, but will require routine professional grooming.
