Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This petite little lady is an easy addition to a family. Somewhat timid by nature, Goldie quickly warms up to new people. Loyal and affectionate, she is not a roamer, preferring to stick close to the house. She likes children and does well with other dogs. Since coming into foster care, she hasn’t been around cats, but there is no reason to think there would be a problem. She is housebroken, but her one problem is that she is not very good about signaling her need to go outside. She will not bark to go out. She has recently been given access to a dog door and since then we have had no accidents.
Goldie came to ABR when her owners could no longer care for her. She had a flea allergy and yeast infections that had caused some fur lose, making her appear even smaller than her current 25 pounds. She has responded well to medicine and her fur and feathering are coming back in. She’s been spayed and is UTD on her shots, and is heartworm negative.
If you can offer Goldie a new place to call home please fill out an adoption application.
