My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy Liu is a very special little girl looking for a new forever home. Rescued from the shelter where she cowered in the back of her kennel and wouldn't let anyone get close to her, she came out of her shell the minute she came to her foster home.

Lucy is very small, weighing about 8 pounds, and looks to be a mix of Havanese. Her coat is long and soft and will needs lots of loving attention. Only with us a week at this posting (12/19/11) Lucy has had opportunity to prove that she simply LOVES adults but is not comfortable around small children. She is working on her potty training skills and is proving that she simply wants to be the center of someone's attention. Her very favorite spot is on the sofa with her whole body against you, on her back with all 4 feet in the air. ;0) If you're out of site for 5 minutes she will wag her tail until her whole body shakes to show you how much she missed you.

Because we work with several rescue organizations, adoption fees will be individual to each dog but will average $125.
