Lucky was found, lying on the street, in extreme shock after being hit by a car. Fortunately, a good Samaritan picked Lucky up and rushed him to a vet where his injuries could be treated. Lucky's injuries were treated and his wounds stitched up, however nothing could be done to save one of his front legs. In spite of what Lucky has been through, to meet him is to love him, as his inner spirit is sweet and oh so forgiving. Lucky is learning how to balance and walk on three legs instead of four as his foster dads encourage him with words of praise and kindness. Lucky is doing very well in his foster home and enjoys the company of Barney, his foster dad's beagle too. Lucky is looking for a new home where he will be loved and treated kindly. He is a very sweet and special beagle who will make a wonderful and loyal companion. Please contact Eva if you would like to welcome Lucky into your home.
