My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rags is being fostered in SW TN. He was found as a stray in N. TN. He was at a high kill shelter and we were able to save his life. He is the sweetest most loving boy. We think he is about 18mos old. He is neutered, up to date on shots, heart worm negative and on preventative. He is a little reluctant on a leash at first but is improving daily. He knows sit, stay, down. He is fairly obedient for a puppy his age. He loves to give kisses. He plays well with other dogs. He is black with white eyebrows and a white bone shaped spot on his upper chest. He has a natural tail and ears. That tail goes non stop when you are giving him attention or when he is playing with other dogs. He would be good with children 10 and over who are dog knowledgeable as he can be somewhat rough given he still has puppy energy. He has not offered to use the bathroom in my house at all. We let him out in the play yard for several hours a day as well as frequent trips to go potty. He is a SPECIAL boy that needs a very loving patient home until he is over his puppy stage.
