Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If Sugar could ask you for your resume as a doggie owner, she would only have a few questions.
#1. Are you a sloppy eater, known for crumbs?
#2. May I please have another pillow on my bed?
#3. Do you want to lay down beside me to watch tv?
#4. Are you using those slippers?
Sugar likes to explore outside, with her nose stuck on the ground, looking for the occasional pork chop or bag of chips lying in your back yard. She isn't much known for her sprinting ability or athletic prowess, tending to be more of a bookworm.
Sugar loves everybody in the world---other dogs, kitties, kiddos. She cannot get enough of the magic of your touch and will lie motionless for two hours and fifty-three minutes while you pet her on her belly or head.
In her nine months, this little Beagle and Basset mix has learned that in this world there is one good thing. People. She adores them, as long as they aren't expecting her to go jogging with them.
If you are not a jogger, come and meet the perfect girl.
