Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Usually we don't need to give instructions to a five month old puppy on how to play---but sweet little Cali missed out on a lot of learning about playing and about nice humans when she was dropped off as a little bitty thing out in the woods.
Since she has come in to the rescue she has learned a few important puppy things like how to go for a walk without ripping the person's shoulder out of its socket. She also knows how to watch Animal Planet from the best seat in the house. She knows what room in the house is the one where you go to have the people bring your food.
Cali is still quite afraid of new things but she is learning to trust a little wee bit which is why we asked for an experienced adopter. We want someone who will be patient and loving and kind and loving and understanding and loving with her whenever she is too afraid to move even one muscle.
Once this little gal gets to know you, though, she is happy and excited to be with you and will do anything to make you happy.
I guess the lesson in all of this is if you want to be happy, truly happy---pick this little darling for your sidekick and she will make sure that you stay that way.
