ADOPTION PENDING
Mae, who is also known as Snickers, is a former medical research beagle. She is a small little beagle and weighs 15 lbs. She is very loving and affectionate but is still shy. She is coming out of her shell with lots of attention and love. Mae enjoys lying next to people or sleeping in a lap. She also loves to take walks and is very good at walking at heel. Like all beagles she can be a sneaky beagle girl if food or papers are left within her reach. She is house broken and knows how to use a doggie door. Mae has a cute smile that imitates Elvis, so she is also called Snickers. She answers to either Mae or Snickers. She likes playing and snooping around with other dogs but because of her happy little snicker and smile male dogs mistake her for growling. Mae would do best with someone who is home and/or a family without children. She would also do best with another female dog. Mae is current on all vaccinations and has an identification chip.
