My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

California - La Grange (Near Merced and Modesto)
Toby was found as a stray and taken to a shelter in the Central Valley. Although we do not have much history on Toby, what we know is that he is very friendly and sweet and is doing very well in his foster home. Toby has been in his foster home for almost 3 weeks and he's doing very well, although he's a bit shy and reserved. Toby has the largest, saddest brown eyes that will just make your heart melt. He's a calm, watchful boy who needs someone to trust. Toby gets along well with the other beagles. Like all beagles, he will need a secure fenced yard so he does not go on a beagle adventure. Toby would do very well in a home with another dog for companionship or a family with a flexible schedule. He's a wonderful dog and he needs a very special, wonderful forever home.
