My story

Charlie (age 5 with the darker face) and Chico (age 3)
are an extremely bonded pair who have had a rough
few years. They were originally taken in by a shelter
for severe neglect and abuse. They were then
adopted out but their family returned them in such
horrible condition that it bordered on cruelty charges.
They came to us last summer and were in foster care
but needed to be moved for marking behavior due to
an intact female in the foster home. For all they have
been through these boys are the sweetest, most
laid-back dogs their foster mom has ever seen.They
are quiet, very good on a leash and traveling in the car
and are wonderful to groom. They love to hang out in
their wicker bed or on the couch with the rest of their
foster family. They have not exhibited marking
behavior and their only issues are that they are not
completely housetrained and they "talk". They are 80%
pad-trained but just don't like going outside much.
Their "talk" is a low growl but they do not bare their
teeth and have never tried to bite.

They must be adopted together and their wicker bed
needs to go with them. If you are looking for sweet,
loving, quiet companionship then this little duo fits the
bill!
