My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mel is a purebred Bearded Collie and is 8 years old. He weighs in at 57 lbs. He will need to be neutered.

Since Mel came to us as a stray, we do not know much about him. We do not know if he is housebroken, good with other animals or children.

Although he is a very happy guy, he has tested positive for heartworm, lyme and anaplasmosis.

Our Animal Control Officers refuse to put him down. So they are putting Mel into foster care and are starting treatments for his illnesses.
