3/19/2007 This little guy has personality plus. He was tossed in a trash dumpster by his owners when they moved out of an apartment. A neighbor rescued him and brought him to us. He definitely thinks he is a house dog. He is a very people oriented doggie. Could you help him out here? He has had a hard time.
