My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I'm Hercules, and I'm a very handsome pit bully boy! The nice people at the Vet facility think I'm about 1 year old. Must be because I'm so happy and friendly and always wagging my tail. I just can't help it! There's so much to be thankful for - my beautiful smile, my health, squeaky toys, balls...so many things!

I'm currently at the Fort Irwin Veterinary Treatment Facility. The problem is, they don't allow pit bulls here on post. It's a total bummer, because I'm a lover, not a biter! If you're reading this, hopefully you're my kind of human - the open minded kind who knows us "bully breeds" are just big teddy bears! I know some of us get bad reputations, but that's just because we ended up with the wrong humans who mistreated us.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming up, and I really want a family to spend the holidays with. If you have room in your home and love in your heart, won't you please take me home? I'd love to be your new best friend!

My friends, the MCSC Fort Irwin Friends of Animals, said they'll drive me to you if you live off post, Of course you're welcome to come on post and rescue me too! Oh boy oh boy would I love that! Please come save me!!
