Meet Rupert!! Very calm and 3 year old loving boy who was dumped at a HIGH KILL shelter by his owners. He has a beautiful coat (characteristic of a tri colored Tibetan Spaniel), is crate & house trained, microchipped & up to date on vaccinations. Rupert is sweet and a little shy at first but warms up. His breed is characteristically a fantastic family dog and excellent with children as long as they are dog savvy and gentle. He needs time to warm up to you and then he's your forever!! An added bonus: a very charming underbite!! SO CUTE!! Application Approval/Home Visit/Donation required.
