Meet Skamper! She is a special needs kitty because she does not have use of one of her front legs. Regardless she still lives a very full, happy life and doesn't have any issues getting around. She can even go up and down stairs! She is a very sweet lap cat and gets along well with other cats. She is spayed and house trained and would love to find a permanent home.
