Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi everyone, my name is Baron! I had a bit of a rough start to my life, and somehow ended up in a parking lot in the freezing cold weather. There I was, so skinny and dirty...and oh so scared! But that's my past ... let's talk about my life now! I'm a lucky fella because Barkin Rescue came to help me and I'm now living in a really cozy foster home. I have two large doggy friends who I have no trouble keeping up with, and a kitty friend who I think is the coolest. My foster parents are trying to convince me that my crate is a good place to hang out in, and although I still have mixed feelings on that...I'm starting to be OK with the idea! I'm working really hard on trying to go potty outside, and I think I'm getting the hang of it sometimes...but just sometimes for now! I really need a special home, all of us rescued dogs do...but my foster daddy, who has a big sweet spot for me, says I need a really special home. You see, I'm a needy little baby only being about 9 weeks old, and I lacked a lot of hugs and kisses for the first weeks of my life so I need a home where someone will be home with me throughout the daytime. I need a patient, understanding home, and my foster mommy says I shouldn't go to a home with little kids. I think that's a bit of an insult, because I love kids...but you see, I'm a very spunky little guy and still need to learn lots, like not to nip and jump. I may be small for now, but I have one heck of a big doggy jump and lots of energy! If you think you could be the home I'm looking for, please apply to adopt me, I'm sure I'd melt your heart, so long as you promise to melt mine too!
Baron has received his first set of puppy vaccines, and has been dewormed. His adopter will be required to have the rest of his boosters completed, as well as having him neutered by 6 months of age. If you think you may be a suitable home for Baron, please review our adoption procedures on our home page and then e-mail meg264@hotmail.com with your introduction. Adoption fee of $200 applies.
