Vika was rescued from a puppymill in central Texas. She spent several years as a breeder, but before that she was someone's pet. Unfortunately, Vika remembers more of her life as a caged breeder than as a much-loved companion. She is working to remember how to be a house pet, and is making slow progress; walking on a leash and pottying outside are her main issues. Vika is 7 years old, and weighs just over 10 pounds; she is a Teddy (short legs) Rat Terrier. She has not been around children since coming into rescue, but it is her foster family's opinion that she should not go to a home with young children (under 10). Vika sleeps in her crate at night, and keeps it clean and dry. To see more pix of this pretty little girl please
