Meet little miss Betty! Betty came to us from the Philadelphia Animal Control with her sisters Betty and Jezebel (formerly Sweet Pea). The sisters found themselves at the shelter after enduring terrible neglect which resulted in a horrible case of ringworm. These sisters have been recovering in their foster home together and have been learning basic commands. Betty is the goofy girl of the group who will keep you smiling and laughing all day!
