Meet Penelope! Poor Penelope and her sisters Betty and Jezebel (formerly Sweet Pea) were treated very horribly by their owner before finding themselves at the Philadelphia Animal Control. Our poor babies have a terrible case of ringworm which is in the process of clearing up. Penelope is your typical puppy, she likes to play and nap. Penelope is the more calm, laid back sister of the 3. Penelope has been learning basic commands and recovering in her foster home. Penelope will be available for adoption once her ringworm has cleared, which will be a few more weeks. for more info on Penelope email Ohiobullies@gmail.com.
