My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Axel is one beautiful boy! He came to the shelter August 7th. Axel has nice markings, a muscular build and stunning, blue eyes. Axle is a big sweetie pie. He loves attention. We are not sure how he is with other dogs, small children or cats. Because of his sheer size, we recommend he not go to a home with small children as he could easily knock them over. If you are interested in adopting Axel, you can visit him at the Lauderdale County Animal Shelter located at 3265 Curve Nankipoo Rd in Ripley, Tennessee. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-2pm. (Closed Noon-1pm for lunch.) We are also open 8am-Noon on Saturday. Closed on Sunday. Our phone number is (731) 836-7387.
