I have heartworm disease and need to be treated by your own vet. This dog is available at Nassau County Animal Services, located at 86078 License Drive, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Dog adoptions are $88.00 and an additional $10.00 for Nassau county residents for their county tag. All dogs come spayed or neutered, rabies and other shots up to date, and micro chipped. You can also reach the Animal Shelter at 904-491-7440. Please have the dogs id number when calling for faster and more efficient service.
