Harlow loves everyone! He is eager with kisses and tail wags to every dog he meets. He is very attentive, obedient and what a quick learner. He was quite anxious in his foster home after spending 10 days at the shelter, but now he is understanding that he is safe, loved and realizing he can relax a little! More to follow…
