My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ms Callie was rescued from an Animal Control. She was on the euth list since she was very sick and had a tumor on her neck as big as her head. Thanks to the expertise of Dr Nordstud of 4 Paws, the tumor was removed. Ms Callie has suffered all her life. She has body wounds and lots of scars when she was deprived and abused. She was skin and bones when we rescued her, but after months of medical treatments and nutritional meals. she has made a miraculous recovery. She will always have the scars to remind us of her suffering.
She will need a home with kids over 5 yrs of age, a fenced in yard, another small dog is fine, but no large dogs, and an experienced chihuahua family who will continue to care for her. The tumor was malignant, but the biopsy report shows that all was removed, prognosis good, but like any other cancer, there is that chance it may come back. She is a cancer survivor and we need to find a loving permanent home that will over look her scars and give her a quality life of unconditional love. Are you that person and family?
