Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**We have waived Papa Bear's adoption fee. He is now FREE to a GOOD home! His time at the shelter is running out and we are desperately trying to save him.** Papa Bear is a big, adorable lug. He came to the shelter September 15th. Papa Bear shares his kennel with several young pups. He gets along with them great! He is very patient and tolerant with the pups. We don't know how he is with other adult dogs, small children or cats though. If you are interested in adopting Papa Bear, you can visit him at the Lauderdale County Animal Shelter located at 3265 Curve Nankipoo Rd in Ripley, Tennessee. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-2pm. (Closed Noon-1pm for lunch.) We are also open 8am-Noon on Saturday. Closed on Sunday. Our phone number is (731) 836-7387. New animals arrive daily so please come visit if you don't see what you are looking for on our website.
