My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zeus is a large 8 yo male who was turned over to rescue when his human family had a baby. Zeus was overly-protective of the baby and didn't want to "share" his new baby sister with the other dogs in the home, especially his fur-brother. This made it very difficult to keep all the dogs safe and happy while the baby was present. NOTE: Zeus was NEVER aggressive to the baby or any humans, only to the other male dog in the family. Prior to the baby's arrival, Zeus got along beautifully with all the other dogs in the family, male and female. Ideally Zeus needs to find a new home, preferrably without a small infant and another male dog at the same time.

Zeus is neutered, reliably housebroken, and very sweet. He does tend to be a bit of a chow-hound and will eat excessively. Weight-control has been a problem for Zeus (some of us humans can relate) so keeping him on a healthy diet and exercise program is importatnt.
