Oscar ended up at a shelter because his family did not have time for him. He is 6 years old and fully trained. Oscar does not have alot to say. He is one of the easiest foster dogs that we have ever had. He will crate, but it is not necessary. He likes to be with his humans, likes walks and car rides. His adoption fee is $125.00
