Come visit the dog who whistles when he is gets excited! Vinnie is a large mixed breed who has a lot of Mastiff in him. He has cropped ears that make him appear to be more "bully" than he is. Vinnie has a good disposition, but is growing more and more despondent because he does not get to go home with those who visit him. If you like bigger breeds, Vinnie is your man!
