My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy, came from a puppy mill. She was kept in a cage with an ID chain around her neck. The chain was so tight it grew into her neck. She has a scar from the chain but fortunately she is a forgiving lady and still love humans. Lucy would really like a human of her own she show her the love she
deserves.
UPDATE: Lucy's neck is healing nicely. The scar is barely visible!
