Meet Timber!

Timber is a 1 to 2 year old Husky mix from Kotzebue. Timber loves to play, listens relatively well, is energetic, and loves attention. He gets along well with other dogs, loves people, is gentle, but still acts like a puppy. He is a big oaf and wide-eyed, a very sweet boy!

*Update* Timber is an energetic, intelligent, handsome, and extremely playful young boy. He needs an active home, preferably with the regular company of another dog, because he absolutely lives for exercise and playing, although he is also able to be mellow in the house. Not aggressive to humans or other dogs ever, just wants to play and will let others dominate him. Loves chewing on squeaky toys, learning not to chew on people and other things. At present I leave him outside only while I’m gone but if he is kept busy with playing and activity while you’re gone he would probably be fine inside or with a dog door. Timber is not a barker and is fabulous off a leash!!! Looking for a loving, active, indoor and outdoor home where he can reach his full potential (two years from now he is going to be an epic dog, just needs a bit of time and a little more work on his manners). Timber is completely housetrained, never a mess in the house, but still learning other niceties like not jumping up. A great dog for the right person!
