Finley was pulled from the Tazewell VA shelter. He is such a sweet dog who loves a good bellly rub and to sit quietly by your side or on your lap. Finley is affectionate (not a licker), gentle and mellow. He does the cutest little paws up dance upon greeting. He has just started playing with the other dogs and is liked by all.
