Lacie is a special case. When you see her in the kennel she is jumpy because she just wants to attract your attention. PLEASE do not be put off, she is a love. She just wants you to take her home. Watch the video, look at photo 2. This is the real Lacie. She is loving with a capital "L". She is sweet and happy. Ask to take her into a visiting room and see for yourself. She is a wonderful doggie. To encourage summer adoptions, the HSTC is offering a "PRICELESS PET PROMOTION" — a program that invites qualified adopters to name their price to adopt the dog or cat of their choice. The normal adoption fee is $90 for dogs and $35 for cats. All reasonable offers will be accepted. The program will begin July 1, 2011 and continue until the shelter returns to its normal capacity.
